About us
Our history & philosophy
Enca and Paco Navarro hail from Sevilla, the capital of Andalucia. They started Navarro's in a small basement at 69 Charlotte Street after long and successful careers in catering.
In 1990 they purchased a larger premises at number 67 on the same street and started a lifelong ambition project, a restaurant with an additional tapas bar similar to those in their home town of Seville.
As time passed, they realised their clients preferred a more relaxed, less formal atmosphere, so Navarro's restaurant and tapas bar become Navarro's tapas in 1997 - hence our success.
Navarro's wholesome and tasty homemade food and great wines, at the right price, attracts visitors from all over London.
The friendly atmosphere and beautifully decorated restaurant, with its wrought iron, tiled walls and prettily painted furniture, makes Navarro's an instant favourite.

Authentic Andalucian Ceramics

Come and visit our small shop, where you can buy authentic ceramics form Cordoba and Seville.
We sell tiles made by 'cuerda seca' which literally means dry cord and refers to the cord used to outline and contain the glazes applied to tiles which dry away during the firing process.
We also sell crockery in different styles and colours, making an ideal gift.
All our ceramic is hand made and painted in Cordoba and Seville. Some of our products can be seen in our gallery, but to appreciate the full authenticity of our products please come and have a look at what we offer.
